Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Urumqi and loved it! The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of Chinese and Western food. The location was perfect for exploring the city center and was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The room was clean and modern with comfortable beds and a great view of the city.
The staff didn’t speak much English, making communication difficult at times. , the air conditioning could have been stronger as it got quite warm in the room during the day.

Located in China's Silk Road region, this hotel offers a centralized location and beautiful surrounding scenery during Christmas. The hotel offers great amenities and the staff are always eager to provide top-notch service. the WiFi is excellent and the hotel gym is enjoyable to work out in.
While the hotel has potential, it lacks investment from its management to keep it in good condition. The carpets in the room are old and stained and the toiletries provided are subpar for a four-star hotel.

The location is ideal, as it is close to many shopping areas and restaurants. The staff offers excellent service, accommodating all of my needs quickly and efficiently. The hotel's sauna was a highlight, allowing me to unwind after a long day. Everything was up to my high standards.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of Wi-Fi in my room, but it wasn't a major problem as I was able to access it in the lobby. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, from the exclusive room facilities, excellent service, and luxurious sauna.
